-2 cups of spinach ground up, next add
-1 cup of frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries & black berries) and grind up, next add
-1 tablespoon of chia seeds & 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds and grind up, next add
-1 cup of coconut milk and grind up mixture until it is smooth.
Tips: I recommend cleaning up the food processor and cups as soon as you are finished to help prevent the mixture from drying on the surface and creating a difficult cleaning mess. Usually a wash of hot, soapy water will suffice.
