The kids will love this healthy, smoothie because the berries mask the taste of the spinach and hemp seeds. Your belly will love this healthy smoothie because it is extremely nutritious and full of nutrients and protein.
Some of the benefits of the healthy, smoothie ingredients include the following:
Spinach, a super-food full of vitamin A, C, magnesium, folate, calcium, non-heme (non-constipating) iron and more healthy ingredients
Mixed Berries, a super-food full of anti-oxidants, vitamin C, calcium and non-heme (non-constipating) iron and more healthy ingredients
Chia Seeds, another super-food full of anti-oxidants, magnesium, omega-3's, omega-6's, protein, calcium, non-heme iron and more healthy ingredients

Time total: 5 minutes -easy & quick
Healthy Smoothie How To:
-2 cups of spinach ground up, next add
-1 cup of frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries & black berries) and grind up, next add
-1 tablespoon of chia seeds & 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds and grind up, next add
-1 cup of coconut milk and grind up mixture until it is smooth.
Tips: I recommend cleaning up the food processor and cups as soon as you are finished to help prevent the mixture from drying on the surface and creating a difficult cleaning mess. Usually a wash of hot, soapy water will suffice.
